Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to cloudautomationhub.digital (the “Site”) and consulting engagements offered by cloudautomationhub (“we”, “us”) for application analytics services.

1. Agreement

By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services

We provide application analytics consulting, including instrumentation audits, funnel diagnostics, product metrics frameworks, and analytics enablement. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work before work begins. Prices shown on the Site are informational only and do not constitute an offer or online checkout.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to relevant systems, documentation, and stakeholders required for the engagement. Delays in access may shift timelines. You remain responsible for implementing recommended changes in your own products and infrastructure unless separately agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual property

Pre-existing materials and methodologies remain ours. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables created specifically for you within your organization. You may not resell our templates or training materials without written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for performing the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Acceptable use of the Site

You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at abusive rates, or submit unlawful or harmful material through forms.

7. Disclaimers

Analytics work depends on the quality of available data and systems. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, or revenue results. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Site or an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Gyeongsangbuk-do shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
